- Opened or Used Items: Store Credit or Exchange

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
2. Jewelry, Electronics & Perfume
Because of hygiene, safety, and fraud concerns, special return rules apply.

Opened Items That Are Defective, Damaged, or Not as Described
- Eligible for Replacement, Exchange, Refund, or Store Credit

If you receive:

- The wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Clearance or Final Sale Items
- Opened Perfume (unless defective or not as described)

- Opened Electronics damaged by misuse
