Returns & Exchange Policy
In order to return an item, you need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number, please contact us for an RMA form. Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition, and all returns are subject to inspection. RMA numbers are valid for ten days.

Place the original package into a shipping carton.

Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.

The RMA number must be written clearly on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.

Note: Any orders that are cancelled are subject to fees that are charged by payment processing companies.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges); returns are subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from d-choiceretail.com. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. You can request an RMA number by visiting our website and clicking contact us. Some items on DC (D-Choice Retail) may be considered special items and may have a limited return policy (please see the special orders section below)

Ship via insured ground service (USPS or UPS) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
